We are dedicated to the quality of fresh, seasonal ingredients,
and dashijiru (broth)―the foundations of Japanese cuisine,
and we take pride in preparing meals that will please our guests again and again,
no matter how many times they visit.
In order to fully offer all of the blessings that each period
of the year provides―from the earliest pickings, to peak season,
to the delicious remnants,
we have created a course menu that focuses on the finest ingredients.
To enjoy such a meal, together with traditional Japanese culture―
to be served peak seasonal cuisine in accordance
with the Noh theater rhythmic concept of
"Jo-Ha-Kyu (to begin slowly, speed up, and end swiftly)"―is truly an entertaining experience.
We invite you to savor the beauty of Japan's four seasons with all of your senses,
and fully enjoy a moment of extraordinary bliss.
Enjoy each full-course meal and up to three traditional performing arts shows at your leisure,
with no time restrictions.
Reservations can be made anytime
between 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm.

Inspired by Noh theater, an iconic feature of SUIGIAN, this menu is named after "Fūshikaden," a play written by Zeami, a Noh actor from the Muromachi period who had perfected the art of Noh.
