This course includes a tea ceremony room experience to fully enjoy the charm of SUIGIAN.
After tasting a course that incorporates Shojin-Ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine,) which is attracting worldwide attention due to the growing interest in Japanese food culture, you will move to the tea ceremony room to taste matcha green tea in the traditional tea ceremony (Cha-no-yu) manner.

Inspired by Noh theater, an iconic feature of SUIGIAN, this menu is named after "Fūshikaden," a play written by Zeami, a Noh actor from the Muromachi period (1336-1568 A.D.) who had perfected the art of Noh.
With this menu, you can enjoy the best ingredients in season with the Noh rhythm of "Jo-Ha-Kyu".

Our tea is carefully brewed in water boiled in a teakettle.
We have a wide variety of teas, including: Matcha green tea,
Refined green tea (Gyokuro), Green tea (Ryokucha),
Roasted tea (Hojicha), Japanese black tea, and flavored teas.
