With our particularity about fresh seasonal ingredients
and the soup stock (dashijiru) that is the mainstay of Japanese cuisine,

To our main course that fully includes the early,
middle, and late deliciousness of each point of the four seasons,
we have given the menu name "Fūshikaden," a play written by Zeami,
a Noh actor from the Muromachi period when Noh was very popular.
