The five famous breweries representative of their regions are : Urakasumi (Shiogama, Miyagi), Dewazakura (Tendo, Yamagata), Tengumai (Hakusan, Ishikawa), Born (Sabae, Fukui), and Sakuramasamune (Higashinada Ward, Kobe, Hyogo).
Enjoy an event-limited course meal or One set meal with foods paired to the sake and made using ingredients connected to the collaborating brewery's region.
And this time, you can watch a variety of Noh performances in different styles each day paired with five breweries.
