SUIGIAN is collaborating with famous sake brewers to offer a series of dinner events featuring sake, cuisine, and traditional performing arts.
Finally, we have reached our last collaboration, this time with "Urakasumi (Shiogama City, Miyagi Prefecture)."
The four famous breweries that we have collaborated with thus far as "Dewazakura (Tendo City, Yamagata Prefecture)," "Tengumai (Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture)," "Born (Sabae City, Fukui Prefcture)," and "Sakuramasamune (Higashinada Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture)," each a representative of their respective regions.
The Noh performance at SUIGIAN is a shortened version of the program’s climax scene, which is summarized in about 15 minutes.
