We have gathered colorful songs about spring and cherry blossoms to offer you a time-honored, quintessentially Japanese feasting experience.

This special performance is comprised of three pieces connected to spring and cherry blossoms, "Dokko," "Shimai," and "Maibayashi," which are planned, performed, and commentated by Human National Treasure Genjiro Okura.

Please take this opportunity to experience the tranquility of spring in full bloom as you enjoy SUIGIAN's quintessentially delicious Japanese cuisine and imagine yourself going cherry blossom viewing.

* Dokko: This format of performance features Vocal music with percussion instrument Hayashikata (accompaniment).
* Shimai: A Noh dance performed in formal attire instead of a costume and without instrumental accompaniment.
* Maibayashi: A digest version of Noh. The Shite (main actor) dances alone without mask or costume, wearing simply a garment with their family crest and hakama (Japanese male formal attire) with the Chorus and Accompaniment in the background.
