The "Kinen-sai" is a special and traditional Japanese ceremony which is held at the start of spring, to express gratitude for recent bountiful harvests and to pray for future prosperity.
It is a ritual which honors nature's blessings, and conveys a deep appreciation for the work of farmers.

This is a special occasion, not simply to enjoy a meal, but to share a precious moment of thanks through cuisine prepared with heartfelt care and devotion.
Let us pray together for abundant harvests to come, and create even more moments of delicious happiness.

Through the ritual of "Kinen-sai" at SUIGIAN, we hope you can experience the precious treasure of food, the blessings of nature, and the joy of connecting with one another.

* Kinen-sai: An annual Shinto ritual in February praying for the good fortune of the year, including the rich harvest.
